Indulge in an evening of true soul pampering. Our evening workshop will include an introduction to natural healing, Ayurvedic self-care rituals, restorative yoga, essential oil massage, vegan treats, and libations to uplift our spirits!
Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga, gives us the guidelines for how to live our lives in a state of peace and happiness, how to create joy in our personal as well as social lives, and how to create balance within and without our bodies. Everything we do has a particular doshic characteristic, such as the way we treat ourselves. The way we care for our bodies has the capacity to shape our mindset and energy towards the world around us.
Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation. Join Ho'ola Mamma, Adrienne, as she shares her favorite and simple, yet tremendously beneficial, Ayurvedic self-care rituals followed by a grounding yoga class. Wear your most comfortable clothing (pajammas are welcome!), bring your yoga mat, and an open heart!
