Kitchari Cooking Class

Learning to live a plant-based lifestyle is simple and truly life changing - in the most beautiful way possible. Learning to live with Ayurveda is a way to reset the body and mind, allowing room for greater health, vitality and longevity.

In this workshop, we will be learning how to cook a delicious Ayurvedic staple, Kitchari. Kitchari is a plant-based meal packed with protein, is both cleansing and nourishing for all seven bodily tissues, and helps to balance the doshas.

We will be cleansing our bodies with a heart-opening yoga class, filling our minds with the ancient practices of mindful, Ayurvedic cooking and filling our bellies with the healing Kitchari that we cook together.
